Live Online Yoga on Zoom

Most classes are online - join from Ahmedabad, Austin, or anywhere with a mat and Wi‑Fi.

Tranquil Flow's online yoga classes are live, interactive, and led by Hema Rohra in real time - not pre-recorded videos you watch alone. That difference matters: you receive immediate guidance, personalized modifications, and the energy of practicing alongside a group even when you are at home.

Students join from Gujarat, Texas, across the United States, and internationally. Time-zone-friendly scheduling makes it practical to maintain practice whether you are an early riser in India or logging on after work in Central Time.

Practice From Anywhere

Hema's online classes are live - not pre-recorded - so you receive real-time guidance, adjustments, and community. After you inquire, you'll receive Zoom links and a simple setup guide for props and space.

Online yoga works best when you treat it like a studio commitment: minimize distractions, position your camera thoughtfully, and arrive ready to participate. Many students report that home practice becomes a ritual - a dedicated hour where work email and household tasks pause.

Hybrid students often keep Zoom access while traveling between Ahmedabad and Austin, ensuring continuity when studio schedules do not align with their calendar.

Online Class Formats

Weekly live sessions include multiple formats so you can balance effort and recovery throughout the week:

  • Vinyasa Flow - energizing, breath-led movement building heat, focus, and mobility (45 min)
  • Gentle Hatha - accessible foundation with longer holds and clear alignment cues (45 min)
  • Restorative - deeply restful, props-friendly sequences for nervous system recovery (60 min)
  • Yin Yoga - long holds targeting hips, spine, and shoulders for desk-worker recovery (50 min)

What Makes Live Zoom Different

On-demand yoga libraries are convenient, but they cannot watch how you move. In Hema's live classes, you can unmute briefly to ask questions, receive verbal adjustments, and benefit from sequencing that responds to the room's energy that day.

Gallery view fosters community - students often recognize regulars across months and years. For those who prefer privacy, camera-off options are always welcome; Hema's verbal cueing is detailed enough to follow without watching the screen continuously.

What You'll Need

A yoga mat, stable internet, and a device with Zoom. Blocks, a strap, and a blanket are helpful but optional - Hema demonstrates modifications for every home setup.

Ideal setup tips: charge your device, test audio before class, and create space to extend arms and legs in all directions. A wall nearby is useful for balance poses. If props are limited, household substitutes work - books for blocks, a belt for a strap, a couch cushion for bolsters.

Getting Started Online

New students should submit the contact form with your time zone, experience level, and preferred class times. Hema responds within two business days with available sessions, pricing, and Zoom onboarding details.

Your first class might feel unfamiliar - technology, new movements, and meeting people virtually. That is normal. Most online students say the second and third classes feel dramatically easier. Give yourself a few sessions before judging fit.

Online Yoga for Teams and Families

Live Zoom classes scale beyond individuals. Companies book recurring team sessions; families in different cities practice together on the same link; and friends coordinate accountability partnerships across time zones.

Ask about group rates, corporate packages, and private online coaching if you want more personalized attention alongside group practice.
